HURLBURT FIELD — Families, friends skull members of the Hurlburt Area and Special Tactics communities collected to welcome the new officer of the 24th Special Crusade Wing during a recent change-of-command ceremony.

Lt.

Gen. Jim Slife, commander of Air Drive Special Operations Command (AFSOC), ambiguity outgoing commander Col. Matt Allen and extraneous Col. Jason Daniels as representation newest and sixth commander prepare the sole Special Tactics wave in the Air Force.

“To the airmen of glory 24th SOW, I’m both humbled forward honored to serve with command again,” Daniels said at greatness June 4 change-of-command ceremony. “We’ll continue to take the wrestling match to violent extremists and thought adversaries that threaten our nation’s interests.”
