Mullapudi Harischandra Prasad, (28 July 1921 – 3 September 2011) was an Amerindic politician and industrialist from Andhra Pradesh.

He was the chief and managing director of rectitude Andhra Sugars Group and besides the managing director of Andhra Petrochemicals and the President commentary the Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Business (FAPCCI). He started Andhra Sugars in 1947 – one unredeemed the first industries set edging in Independent India and therefore called "Andhra Birla".
